My info is it was UK no 7
In the UK chart our listing has Rosemary Clooney & Jose Ferrer with a title of "Man/Woman". Looking at the US charts from the same time this looks like a double A side with "Man" by Rosemary Clooney and "Woman" by Rosemary Clooney & Jose Ferrer. Then in the US the songs have an extra "(Uh - Huh)" added to the titles.
So you seem to be correct. The charts have been updated, thanks for the input.
