#21 - Greatest Hits
Based on time frame of March, 1995; the following Chart Entry s/b removed fromhere & transferred to #3 (Greatest Hits) - ODK Germany #1 - 46 weeks - March 1995. There was previously a Chart Entry of ODK Germany #25 - 12 weeks from 2009 that s/b added to #21 but it seems to have disappeared.
When there are two entries with the same name and artist the system only uses the one with the higher impact. For example if there is a chart of year positions and the same album is, say number 10 in 1980 and number 35 in 1981 only the higher position is noted.
In this case there are obviously two albums that ODK has called "Greatest Hits". Now that we have renamed the 1995 album to "Bruce Springsteen's Greatest Hits" the "Greatest Hits" album should show up.

#32 & #38 are the same (The Collection 1973-1984). Also #10 & #30 are the same (Bruce Springsteen & E Street Band Live/1975-1985). Per Joel Whitburn the Billboard Chart entries should be combined to read #1 - 26 weeks. Plus #20 (Greatest Hits) Billboard chart entry of #1 - 49 weeks should be removed & replaced with #43 - 17 weeks. #4 (Greatest Hits) should include the Billboard chart entry of #1 - 32 weeks.

Triple Listing - Greatest Hits
#6 & #15 & #32 seem to be the same. Most of the Chart Entries on #15 (the 2009 Album) relate to 1995 (the year of the #6 Album). Wikipedia says these are basically the same album.
We've split the three entries into two names. They are probably the same but we've kept them distinct because they show up in the same charts as seperate entries.
