#20 & #25 are the same.

(1) Double & (1) Triple Listing

#3 & #27 seem to be the same based on time frame (Greatest Hits). Also #18 & #20 & #22 all seem to be the same (Endless Summer: Donna Summer's Greatest Hits).

Given that there are two enries for Greatest Hits on exactly the same week's Billboard chart we think that the two 2012 entries are actually two distinct albums
