Instrumental release

My older sister remembers an instrumental version released in the 1950s that she absolutely loved. Do you happen to know of any such release, and who did it? She would love to find a copy, since our late father's 100th birthday would be coming up next week. Thank you, in advance, for any info you may be able to provide.

If, by chance, there are multiple instrumental renditions, do you know of a website she could go to and hear each?

All the versions we know about are listed on this page
