Celine corrections
I found some errors in this page, I completely understand though, because it must be hard to keep up with all the information this website carries!!! Keep up the good work and thank you for all the data, it's awesome!!!
#12 is supposed to be titled Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore #16 is supposed to be titled The Power of the Dream #31 is supposed to be titled I Want You to Need Me #35 and #37 are the same song as #12 #36 is the same song as #29 #38 is the same song as #14 #53 is the same song as #6 #48 is supposed to be title The Last to Know #56 is supposed to be titled The Colour of My Love
Thanks for the corrections, as you say it is hard to ensure consistency between the input charts. Input from users like you is invaluable.
All of your fixes have been applied with just one exception.
"The Last to Know": This is a tricky one. We attempt to consolidate 'similar' song titles, so that users can see connections (which they can reject if they are not appropriate). So, for example a song we list as "Friends & Neighbours" might have been originally released in the US as "Friends and Neighbors". The word "The" is commonly missed out in the title of a song for a particular territory, so we consolidate "The Last to Know" and "Last to Know" under a single title. In this case the song by "Pink" (without the "the") was marginally more successfull than the one by Celine Dion, so we should use that title.
Of course one could argue that this is the wrong approach, and we would have some sympathy with that viewpoint, but that is the policy that has been adopted for this site (indeed we feel that in most cases it delivers the 'least bad' result). We have added some text to the top of the Celine Dion page that points out the deliberate error.
