They have slightly different titles due to language barrier but (per Wikipedia) are the same song. They are 1. Dalida - Teeny Weeny String Bikini - France #1 - 8 weeks in Nov. 1960. 2. Richard Anthony - Teeny Weeny String Bikini - France #1 - 1 week in Jan. 1961. 3. Club Honolulu - Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Honolulu Strandbikini - Germany #1 for 2 week - 13 weeks total, RYM 118.
