Per 'Hollandfree40' website #11 - The Party Line s/b transferred from here to 'Belle & Sebastian' Song Artist page.
Your suggestion that the old listing mixed singles in with the albums is correct. But rather than fixing individual entries we've just reloaded the listing from 2009-2016. That should solve all the issues.
