Two Separate Artists
She & Him is a group comprised of Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward. Neither haveany involvement with the band HiM as far as I can tell.+

Separate Artists
HiM, according to Wikipedia anyhow, is a Finnish Hard Rock band. She & Him area completely separate duo (M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel) who make new songs in a 60's Rock style with lush strings and Beach Boys inspired backup vocals. I think She and Him deserve their own page, as I can't find any connection between them and HiM.+
